I have never had duck eggs before. I picked up a dozen at Eberly Poultry. All natural, free range ducks making this large, oblong eggs. Supposedly they are even better for you than chicken eggs although I do not know why.
So, Duck Egg Sandwich Saturday rolled around and two of these eggs went down the hatch.
They tasted fine. Like Chicken. Eggs.
